Address Issues
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible. For missing packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
